Full S54 engine conversion carried out using a supplied engine
Engine sourced from a 2003 E46 M3Installed with original E36 M3 6-speed gearbox, clutch, and flywheel
E36 exhaust modified to suit S54 while retaining an OEM-style setup (catalysts still fitted)
Original E36 radiator and oil cooler retained
E46 EWS system integrated to function seamlessly with E36 ECU
Conversion completed using a plug-and-play E36 S54 wiring harness
Engine Refresh & Upgrades
Cylinder head rebuild (new valve guides, stem seals, recut seats, refaced valves, resurfaced head)
VANOS unit cleaned, checked, and resealed
Engine block inspected and honed for new piston rings
Deck surface resurfaced
New piston rings installed
All gaskets and seals replaced (OEM quality parts)
New cylinder head bolts, main bearing bolts, and upgraded ARP rod bolts
Motorsport coated main and rod bearings fitted
Crankshaft polished and bearing clearances checked during assembly
Oil pump rebuilt with VAC oil pump upgrade kit
Water pump replaced with genuine unit
